Follow Route 1 in Yarmouth until Rt.115 (Main St.). Go west on Rt. 115 until East Elm St. (1/4 mile beyond railroad tracks). Go right on East Elm St. and follow it for 1/3 of a mile. Watch for a quick right into Royal River Park, just after the train tracks. The park is a great spot for a picnic or a game of frisbee beside the beautiful waterfalls.

Clue: To find the box, take either tarred path out of the parking lot (they join together shortly) and follow for an easy 5 minute walk until you come to the 8 brick circles on your right. Directly opposite the brick circles is a gravel path that leads to some old concrete dam foundations overlooking the falls. You're almost there so check to make sure nobody's watching you as you go down the gravel path about two paces and step down to your right. The box is under a large stone on the right.

The tarred pathway goes on for another half-mile or so, past a rope swing where summer days find crowds of local teens catapulting into the river. It goes under Rt. 1 and ends at the old Sparhawk Mill which produced cotton sacks at the beginning of the 20th century. We hope you'll enjoy this wonderful little park and finding our letterbox.
