Portland Eastbank Esplanade.
**Caution - High foot and bicycle traffic area**
Info on Esplanade:
Primarily a pedestrian/bicycle corridor, the Eastbank Esplanade provides visitors with a unique and distinctively urban experience. Currently the Esplanade extends from the Steel Bride (N) to the Hawthorne Bridge (S). The Esplanade offers amazing skyline views of downtown Portland and is touted as the longest floating walkway in the United States (1200ft). There are also 4 sculptures that adorn the Esplanade, created by a group of local artists; RIGGA.

To esp:
The bridges are the key to connecting with the Eastbank Esplanade. From the east enter at the Steel Bride / Hawthorne Bridge / Morrison Bridge. All entrances/exits are ADA accessible.
To esp LB:
Enter the Eastbank Esplanade from the North end;
Oregon and Interstate.
Continue past the floating villages.
You will briefly visit the Industrial District
before entering Milwaukee.
Following Milwaukee you will want to look for; Portland was Portland.
If you have found where Portland was Portland you are on the right track - head south.
Even though you are on the Eastbank you will want to be on the Westside of the Northern States Namesake.
Just south of this point you will find Shanghai.
From Shanghai you have traveled far enough South.
Turn and face North.
You will want to be standing slightly in front of the 4th northern pillar, facing North.
esp is hiding behind a large rock just off to your right.
