This box made it's debut at a very small gathering of friends and now has a permanent home in Moodus. A few of you may already have this image.
This box is for all the friends we've made, the new friends we hope to make and for all the friends who hike together.
That being said, grab a friend and go get the box! LOL
Make your way to MachiMoodus State Park in Moodus on Route 151.
From the parking area follow the main trail passing the shed on the left, you will see ledges in front of you and an unmarked trail on the right. Take that trail to the stone wall. Walk through the wall and look to your left, the box is on the ground in the corner. You do not need to move any stones in the wall. Please cover this well as it's very close to the trail.
It should only take about 10 minutes to get to the box, if that.
