Located only minutes from the bustle of downtown Boston, the MDC Blue Hills Reservation stretches over 7,000 acres from Quincy to Dedham, Milton to Randolph, providing a green oasis in an urban environment. Rising above the horizon, Great Blue Hill reaches a height of 635 feet, the highest of the 22 hills in the Blue Hills chain. From the rocky summit visitors can see over the entire metropolitan area. With its scenic views, varied terrain and 125 miles of trails, the Blue Hills Reservation offers endless hours of enjoyment for the outdoor enthusiast.

To get to the Trailside Museum: take route 93 to exit 2b. go straight at the light, the museum will be at your right, less than a mile from the traffic light. Before you hike stop at the museum to buy a map, cost about 2$.

There are many routes one suggestion is to take the red dots from the Museum up to the summit of Great Blue. At intersection 1063 take the Skyline North. At intersection 1092 take the Green Trail (to figure out which direction to go in look at next paragraph).

Solve to find the digits of the next intersection (or check out both directions, its not that far).

1. Number of game the Red Sox were down against the Yankees in the ALCS before staging a comeback and going on to break the Curse.
2. [(Year of the Boston Tea Party) - (Year of the Boston Massacre) ] / 3
3. e^(i*pi) + 1
4. First digit of the fastest wind gust speed ever recorded at the Blue Hills Observatory in 1938.

At this intersection look for a tree with three markers that are all different colors. The shapes of the signs on the tree are a triangle, a circle, and a quadrilateral. At that tree face 260 degrees and walk 30 paces up the hill, this should get you to the rocks. One of the slices in the rock is covered with 2 medium sized rocks. If you remove these rocks you will find the Rainy Day Letterbox. Please return the rocks when you are done stamping.

This letterbox is good to find while doing the Time Travels
Letterbox.
