The "King of the Road" minibox was placed on our last driving trip from Houston to Taos and Santa Fe for New Years and skiing. It is located in Santa Fe, at a great place to shop for household decorating, Jackalope Pottery.
Directions:
From I-20, take the Cerrillos exit heading toward downtown Santa Fe (at far West end of town). Jackalope is at 2820 Cerrillos (on your right side). Park on the left side of the complex, near the windmill.
To the Minibox:
Enter the gate, and walk around left to the square wooden windmill. Walk up to the back side corner that faces the rock wall planter (on your left). Look along this planter wall top for a round rock sticking up. Minibox is under this round rock on the top of this wall.
