First you will need to walk in the gate clsest to the maintenance area and there will be two sets of stairs. Walk down both sets of stairs and there will be a path in frront of you. Wlak down the path until you get to yyour first right, take that right twards the river. Walk twards the river path and follow it to the river. Cross the bridge and there will be a shack called The River Basin Terminus. Under that shack will be your surprise.
