Bless You My Little Fur Child LbNA #45377

Margaret Wise Brown's book, Little Fur Family is one of my all time favorites. Reading it always calms my jangled nerves. It's a sweet strange little story of a little Fur Child and his day out in a big wild wood. One of the places he goes is to his grandpa's house, which is a hollow stump.
Well! My sister, Elizabee, showed me the very stump where the Fur Child's grandpa lived! So I planted this box in celebration of the book.

Go to the Redwood Village (9099 Soquel Drive) in Aptos, in the dark and sunny woods, and look for grandpa's hollow stump house. If you know the book, you'll recognise it immediately. Just to the right of the front door, under the window, in the ivy, the Fur Child is hiding. He's about my shoulder level, well camouflaged. Kerchoo!
You will need to be verrrry sly and stealthy when you get this box. Be sure to stand out of sight of the windows of the office immediately next door. And when you put it back, pleasepleaseplease put it back so the camouflage bottom of the box is facing out. Lots of people walk right by the little Fur Child every day, and he needs you to help keep him invisible!
