Order In The Court
Make your way to the courthouse in Jackson, Ohio. Once there, make your way to the base of the southern-most column at the front of the building. (You may stand down on the sidewalk beside it.) Trying not to look like a terrorist lest you land in the shiny new jail around the corner, take a bearing of 100° and go about 9 paces (1 pace = 2 steps) to the corner of a 1993 bench. From there, go directly North, 0°, about 10 paces to a shrub. Again trying not to look like a terrorist, look around behind the bush to find Order In The Court hiding in the wall behind a piece of concrete.
