Dim Sum (Chinese tea snacks)is one of my favorite things to eat. You can find dim sum on weekends at Gee's Garden, on Alvernon just north of Speedway. There is no menu. Just go in and sit down. You can choose what kind of tea you want, or they'll just bring you jasmine.
Then the fun begins. The food is all small portions on small plates, loaded onto carts that are constantly being wheeled around the room. When you see something you want, just point and it's yours to enjoy. Instant gratification!
You can be as cautious as you like (the shrimp dumplings are very popular) or as adventurous as you like (the duck feet are wigglelicious!). When you've had enough, just ask for the bill.
There are always lots of big Chinese families here on weekends enjoying this special treat. I encourage you to try it too! Since you can order as much or as little as you want, feel free to go in and try a couple of plates. Most things are under $4/plate.

The Dim Sum letterbox is on the northeast corner of the building wedged behind the easternmost Handicapped Parking sign and the post. I'm a little worried that it's not a long term secure place, so help out by making sure it's well wedged up when you replace it.
