Heads up - you will be doing some bushwhacking in an area that has flooded in the past.
Look behind the middle school for the rusty backstop that has a large hole in the fencing. When standing at the bottom center of the triangle formed by the backstop, head off at 293 degrees. At the edge of the unmowed area, you will find a foot path. Head about 45 steps down the path, to a tree on your left. Standing by the limb that points to where you came from, head off at 340 degrees. After 50 steps, you will be by a tree. From there you may be able to see your goal tree. Continue on the same bearing, bushwhacking your way to a large tree with four large limbs, one medium one and one slender almost viny limb.
