Go west on rt 44 threw Winsted head out of town toward Norfolk.
Just after you drive threw the rock cuts on your Left is a parking area with a small metal gate. And an xmas tree growing in front of it. Walk around the gate and up the path. Head toward the dam. Turn left and head down the dirt road. Past MJP + RN. Keep going until the road heads straight into those LARGE boulders.
You'll find a lil bit of luck between the LARGEST boulder and the big "spotted" rock. Be careful if you head over to the left it will take you to the top of the rock cutsand you wil be looking down at the road. you will have to back track to get back to your car.
