Go to the reservoir on Farmington Ave. and park in the new recreational parking lot. Go as far towards the back as possible and take the path at the end that says "red loop".
When you get to the main road around the reservoir turn left and follow the white line in the bike direction, go around the yellow gate eventually going up a slight hill. When this main road turns sharply right, go straight onto an unpaved/unmarked trail. Follow this straight until you see a line of boulders on the right with a cement marker at the beginning of the row. Look behind and under the first boulder.
Enjoy and remember this is a VERY BUSY place.
