RELATIVELY EASY

DIRECTIONS:

From the East, (Route 12 or I-395, Exit 91W)
Start at the intersection of Route 6, Main St. (Route 12) and Maple St., Danielson.

Go west on Route 6 approximately 2 miles, through 5 traffic lights. Do NOT turn @ the 5th light even though it says Prince Hill Rd. Continue 1 more mile and then turn left on Prince Hill Rd and immediately turn right into the parking area. This is the Donald Francis Recreational Park.

From the West,
Begin in Brooklyn Center at the intersection of Route 6 and Route 169.
Go East on Route 6 for ½ mile, turn right onto Prince Hill Rd and immediately turn right into the parking area.

Follow the paved walkway down the slope toward the tennis courts. Walk to the left of the courts down to the wooded area and cross the wooden bridge to the stone wall. Go through the opening in the wall and follow the Blue Trail to the right until you come to the 2nd wooden bridge.

Cross the bridge and go right on Blue, up the hill. When the ground levels out a little look for a huge old Oak tree on the right that has pushed the wall into a semi-circle around it. Go behind the tree. Then, facing the path you will find the “Ringmaster” (placed by a friend of mine) hidden in the wall about 3 feet to the left of the tree.

Continuing on the path 37 steps further up on you right you will see where another stonewall joins. Where the walls meet you will find what you seek**.

** Please be discrete, move away from the area while stamping and rehide the box in the same spot again. A note mentioning where you are from would be appreciated.
