Our dogs like to go letterboxing, every chance they get. Tootsie is in her pouch, along the Jordan River Parkway, at the Taylorsville Trailhead. It is about .35 mi. to visit her.
LOCATION: Taylorsville Trailhead: Between 600 & 700 W. 4800 S. parking lot and small park is on the north side. (Murray Trailhead is on the south side)
CLUES: Follow the river northward on the paved path. Pass 2 black gates. There will be a high voltage sign/enclosure on the left, then a fenced enclosure at the waterfall on the right. There is a tree next to this fence. But before this tree, is a multi-trunk tree. Stand on the path, in front of this tree, and facing the river. Look to the right, and next to the path are rocks. The 3rd rock to the right is a 4 ft. long rock. To the left of this rock is a 1 ft. rock with a larger rock resting on it. Under the larger rock is a crevice with a small rock guarding Tootsie.
PLEASE zip all bags and tuck pouch back in with rock.
