St. Basil's Seminary is located at 30 East Street in Methuen. If you follow the blue HOSPITAL signs off of Rt.213 you will pass the hospital on the right. The seminary is just down the street, also on the right.
Pull off the street but don't drive past the gate. Park over on the left. You will see a dead tree just behind the stone wall. Look behind the root at the wall near this dead tree. The box will be there.
BONUS
The Tenney Gate box is near here. Just walk up the driveway to the back of the parking lot. Walk past the barrier and soon see the remains of the Tenney estate to your right. As the paved path heads down hill, look to the left for the bench in the Tenney Gate Box instructions.
