Continue North just a bit further, you will see another secret staircase to the next street down.
Continue East down this street: something a knight might wear.
In a couple blocks you will come to another park: Bayview (although locals may refer to this park as Raye Park).
The playground area is under construction, however it is behind this area, down below the fenced backstop that you should begin your search for Wilber.
Enter the forest at this corner, within a few feet to the right there is a path that goes up further behind the fence corner, at the end of this short path you will find a plant which is plentiful in Washington's forests and which shares a name with Wilber's protector.
It is under this plant that you should find Wilber.
