Just of North Yreka is the most dangerous and fearless creature. . . . there be a dragon!! On the East side of good ol highway 5. Take utmost precautions. Seriouslly! For you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
But for a kinder, gentler dragon make your way to the Klamath falls rest area.
If coming North bound i5 take the klamath fall rest area off turn right follow the road until it becomes dirt. At the warning sign turn left into the parking area.
If coming sb i5 take the Klamath falls off turn left as if to go to the rest area, but continue under the freeway. Follow the road to the left until you see the warning sign turn into the parking area.
Stroll along that dirt road that parallels the river until you happen upon a large boulder coming out of the hill on the right. On the left of this boulder in a crevise lies a kind dragon. Please leave better than found.
