1.)Begin at the parking lot next to Swift Gym,
located at 111 Pierce St., East Greenwich, RI.
2.)Find the “Welcome” sign on the southwest side
of the playground.
3.)Walk north to the lonely tree.
4.)From the lonely tree, walk west to the stone steps.
5.)From the top step, take 16 steps to the leaning Y-shaped tree. (We called it “Caterpillar Tree”. See if you can find a caterpillar!)
6.)From Caterpillar Tree, walk southwest to the 4 stone pillars.
7.)Follow the path down to its end in front of the bleachers.
8.)Look south for the small forest of trees.
9.)Walk in the direction of the trees until you find the twisted tree.
10.)Take 5 steps to your left.
11.)Look for the tree that is watching you with one big eye.
12.)Find the opening at the bottom of the tree.
13.)Look inside and tucked up high you should find
the Rushing Water Letterbox!
When you are finished, please be sure to put the box back
and secure it up as high as possible by wedging a stick
beneath it. Thank you!
