THE TWO TOWERS (BEAR HILL)

First, get there…
Bear right on the trail beyond the second MDC gate.
In a short distance (150 steps) look sharp for the second trail on the left. This marked trail entrance - empty plastic sign sleeve on tree - can be seasonally obscured by tall weeds, but there is another entrance within a dozen steps.
Commence between two large oaks (these will be to your left, if you take the second entrance), and start climbing.
Follow the trail blazes, if possible, but rest assured, there are many ways to the top.
You’ll know when you’ve arrived
Enjoy the view!

Now, the retrieval…
Stand facing the tower entrance
Boulders 1 and 2 are on your left
If you want to score, go to 4
Seasonally, a little bushwhacking here may be required.

Get back…
Return the way you came (if you can recognize the path you came up :)
Or, walk down the tower road (blue blazed)
Take your first major right on the Mountain Bike Loop
Take a right when you reach a four-way intersection,
You’ll soon be back to your starting point
