I"VE been told one of these is missing i haven't been able to get up there to check

Rt 8 north until highway ends in winsted at light turn right at next light by college turn right at the 4th light. Intersection of rt 20 and extramart station. take a left up Smith hill Rd. Drive up the hill to a stop sign with deer hill . Stay straight Left at stop sign. Just up ahead smith hill curves right but you stay straight on Old north rd. then a quick left onto Losaw rd. Drive down losaw rd to a pull off on left. where you can park and walk or you can keep driving to the clues but there aren't many spots to turn around on this road and not sure if you can drive the whole length of the road or not.

I am dedicating these stamps to my kindergarten teacher Mrs helen nelson who tauht at the mary p hinsdale schol which has been tranformed into a house. Mrs. nelso past way this past april at the age of 92. She was full of encouragement and never had a bad word to say. She started teaching in a one room school house that you passed on your way to the clues. which is now part of someones house. I have a book called "everything I need to know i learned in kindergarten" And mrs nelson taught me all of those things. Including everything is better after a nap. hehehe

Walk or drive until you come to a 20' hight dead stump on the left . might be easier to see by walking. on the left of the stump under some bark you'll find your stamp. (becareful of barbwire growing out of the tree.)

you next stamp you will drive or walk to another pull off on the right witha gated pull off on the left. spot a large 2 sister tree on the left side of the rd. Look under the large 12" peice of log near the 2 sister tree.

farther down the raod spot a 7 sister tree on the right near a yellow No tresspassing sign. (the tree is near the raod so you should be ok) look in the middle of the 7 sisters you'll find the good job stamp.

When you are done go abck the way you came. After the stop sign look at the first house you see on the left. It has a brinck boulding in front and a blue house attached in the back . The brick building was the school house Mrs. Nelson first taught in.
