The following letterbox is part of the GO York "Get Outdoors and Be Creative!" program. It will only be available between June 6, 2009 and September 7, 2009. To participate in the program, please pick up your official "Get Outdoors and Be Creative! Sketch Book at any York County library.

In addition, this program uses creativity stations - a wooden marker post with an engraved plate on it - instead of a traditional letterbox. Please make sure to have a crayon with you to carefully rub the picture in your Sketch Book. Further information about the "Get Outdoors and Be Creative!" program may be found at www.goyork.org.

This creativity station is located at P. Joseph Raab County Park. GO York Kids level of difficulty = 2

1. Begin your search in the gravel parking area.
2. Go through the yellow gate and follow the grass path marked by the green #1 trail post.
3. Continue to follow the trail through the short wooded section and back into the field in front of you.
4. There will be an orange post to your left. The white arrows point you to continue right and follow the green #1 trail post. The farm field will be on your right and the woods on your left.
5. The trail curves to your left and you will come to the green post where the trail splits. If you participated in last year’s program, you followed the split into the woods. This year, continue down the grass path following the right split of trail #1.
6. At the next green post the trail splits again. Count how many A’s are in the name of the man who this park honors - ____. This is the number of the trail you will follow to the creativity station.
7. Walk up this trail about 50 adult paces until you come to a tree with a double trunk. Walk a few more steps to the first tree stump on your right.
8. Turn to your right and walk to the large double tree trunk in the woods.
9. The creativity station is behind this tree!
