Kings Road
Coventry
(stamp size 3 1/2 x 3)
Go to Kings Rd in Coventry . It is on the Andover/Coventry line near Rte 6 . The street sign is missing . It is the street immediately after/before the highway overpasses .
Travel down Kings Rd to the yellow gate **As of 9/19/11 The gate is now green and has an East Coast Greenway sign on the right side of the gate.** on the right side of the road just before the NO OUTLET sign.
Bring a solid color ink with you, brown looks nice.
This is the old railroad track .
Make your way down this track , go under the 2 highway overpasses .
Soon you will travel over an old railroad metal bridge which passes over a stream . From here walk 44 steps and stop . Look left at 255 degrees to a decaying 2 sister tree with a short stump sister. This tree is about 27 steps away .
The marvelous Michigan letterbox by Mrs' Doglvrs resides there behind the tree under bark and a rock.
