The letterbox is located near the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary's Eco-Discovery Center in Key West, Florida. The Center is at the end of Southard Street, by Ft. Zachary Historic Taylor State Park.
Park for free in the Center's parking lot and notice the colorful wall. You're looking for a plastic container with a logbook and pencil. It helps if you know your reef fish.
Use this limerick to narrow your search:

There once was a fish who was yellow,
Who swam away from most of his fellows;
Now it’s completely absurd
That he's named for a bird,
But the art he adorns is "que bello".

While you're close by, be sure to visit the free Eco-Discovery Center to learn more about the Florida Keys.
