*FIXED*
This letterbox is on the tri-state corridor west of Ashland. The corridor is an abandoned railroad that ran from Michigan to Minnesota thru Ashland. Thus the name tri-state. The trail is used by bikes, hikers, ATVs, and now letterboxers.
Leaving Ashland “going West” on the corridor or highway 137 go to Whipperfurth. If traveling on Highway 137, turn north at the crossroad and proceed to the corridor. If traveling on the corridor go to the road that crosses Whipperfurth. From this point go west on the corridor until you cross the second railroad bridge.
At the southeast corner of the second bridge you’ll find our letterbox. It won’t be out in the rain or snow, because it will be just below!!!
The weather has been wet and weedy and sometimes over grown depeending on the season.
