Daffy's Disappointment

"Where moving water touches land, the constant change of sunlight and moonlight and yet - the beautiful continuity - a spot to rest."
Mary Turnbull

Daffy is mad because he didn't get to pose for this 1991 Robert Arneson sculpture at William Turnbull park.

Once seated upon the sculpture, read the inscription on the duck's back out loud (depending on the time of day, you may get a response) as you turn SE toward the devil's mountain to see the Heron's last resting spot under the large tree.

Quietly, so as not to disturb the nests aloft - your treasure lies at the base of the tree. Part the foliage to find several large rocks.

Carefully remove the still fuming Daffy from his box.
