TYPES OF SUSHI SERIES: MAGURO NIGIRI (Tuna Nigiri) Letterbox

Created by: Moo Poo
Placed by: Moo Poo & Sprouting Sun
Difficulty: Easy
Stamp: Hand-carved

Directions:
Seminole Wekiva Trail
W State Road 434 & Douglas Ave, Longwood, FL 32779
From I-4 West Bound, take Exit 94 for US-92/ US-17. Turn Right to get onto State Road 434.
From I-4 East Bound, take Exit 94 for US/92/ US-17. Turn Left to get onto State Road 434.
Just after the Melting Pot (it’ll be on your right), there is an intersection with a stop light. Turn Left at this light to get onto Douglas Ave/ Markham Woods Rd.
On your first right is the Spring Center. Turn Right into the Spring Center (the stop light has two signs: one that says Douglas Ave and one that says Trail Crossing).
Note that you will drive over a crosswalk. This is where you will begin your hunt for the box.
Just before you come to the stop sign, on your left is small parking area with room for maybe only six cars. You can pull into there.
If there is no space available there, you can drive just a bit further up to the stop sign and park in any of the many parking spaces on either left or right of the stop sign.

Clues:
1) Start at the trash can at the crosswalk. (It should be on your right if you’re walking on the road from the parking lot).
2) Turn right at the trash can so that you are now walking on the Seminole Wekiva Trail.
3) You’ll walk past a sign on your right that reads, “No Motor Vehicles.”
4) Just before the black road (with a double yellow line in the middle of it and two big white arrows pointing in opposite directions) turns into a gray road (with no yellow lines), you should notice a sign on your right that has a map on it. Go to the Left edge of the road (which means you have your back to where you came from, the grass should be on your left, and the map should be across the trail on your right).
5) From here, on your left, about 3 steps away, is a tree that bends slightly to the right. About one foot up from the base of the trunk of this tree is a black-duct-tape bag. It is hidden under a red brick behind the tree.
6) Please be very discreet. You are in view of the road you came on and this trial is heavily used, especially on weekends. You can walk back to your car to stamp away from curious eyes, or just pick a spot in the grass off the side of the trail…a good distance away from the hiding spot.
7) Please be sure to seal all bags completely. Be sure to put the baggie for the logbook and the baggie for the stamp in a 2nd bag, and then place back into the duct-taped bag. Hide the bag better than how you found it!
