MISSING as of 11/14/2010- Lots of construction in the area. Will replant when it is complete.

This journey will take you to a small park in front of Torrance Beach, near the round-about. I have a black inkpad in the box for a Pacific White-Sided Dolphin. You may see a few of these when less people are in the water below the park.

Here are your clues.

First, find the dolphin looking at the ocean. Start from the dedications sign. Take the path to the fido fountain and walk right, down the stairs. When you reach the stone trash can, make a left until you get to the wooden posts. Count the posts. Find the spot between post #7 and #8. Lift up the iceplant from the center. There you will find the letterbox.

Make sure you return the letterbox EXACTLY where you found it and cover with the iceplant (you'll have to push down on the plants hard so it looks normal).

When you are finished, there are plenty of things to do. You can go to the beach, relax in the park, or get your picture with the dolphin statue. At the benches near the water you will get a great view of the ocean or its sea creatures.
