The "One Sick Fish" letterbox is located near the shores of Canyon Lake, just outside of Potter's Creek Park on the Northwest side of the lake. Plenty of deer around, and if you go into the park it is a great place to camp, by tent or trailer!

Directions:
From I-35 north of New Brausfels, go west on Hwy 306. Continue past the Guadalupe River and the cutoff for Jacobs Creek and Canyon Lake Parks. Eventually you will come to a brown sign on the right pointing left for Potters Creek park. Turn left and go for about 5 miles. Just before the park entry is an intersection, and a brown sign pointing right for the boat ramp and straight ahead for the park. Go right. At next sign for boat ramp go left and continue to stop sign. Go left (away from ramp) and park near restrooms.

To the Letterbox:
Walk back down the road to where it bends toward the ramp, go the other way (looks like it use to be a road but is now a dirt pathway) and walk along this path about 50 yards to a large gravel pile on the right. Just past the pile, go right into the trees and find the Large oak tree ahead with the large dead cedar that grew through it. Go to the base of the Oak that leans to the right, where it meets the cedar. Box is on back side, under rock pile.
