This letterbox is located at Beartown Rocks in Clear Creek State Park.
Once you have reached Beartown Rocks, park in the lot and follow the trail that points to the Overlook.
Go past the overlook. Stay to the left.
Go through the pass between the 2 giant rocks that have a single tree growing between them. Turn right after you go through the divide.
When you reach the back of the rock, there will be a path to your left.
Keep going straight down the little path to the giant rock straight ahead hidden among the forest trees.
Follow the path around the left side of the rock.
When you reach the next rock follow the path on the right.
You will come to two trees with shared roots growing in front of a giant fern covered rock.
Turn left and follow the path. Count off about 20 paces from the two trees until you reach a smaller triangle shaped large rock protruding from the giant rock.
Look under the triangle and uncover the 2 smaller rocks. This is where you will discover the hibernating BLACK BEAR!
