This letterbox is placed in memory of our friend Sajjad. From Kirby take Messick east to Hickory Crest Drive. The path over the bridge is just to the right of the playground. On the far side of the bridge, look both directions for the pale tree with no leaves. Up close you will see where a woodpecker has been busy. Cross two culverts and keep your eye out for a stump that is growing new life. From there you can make out the park bench. Have a seat and in no time you will probably see a bird. To find Sajjad's bird, walk back into the woods behind the bench. Behind a tree you will find Sajjad's laal parinda.
