CONTAINER IS ALIVE AND WELL AS OF 8/22/2011
Take 177 North toward Little Apple town,
to your left is the Konza Prairie Preserve.
Stop at the outlook, a look it deserves.
Then back in your car head north down a steep hill,
at the foot take a right, see the large upright stone?
Buyers and sellers go very near there
so when you park, do it with care.
Don't block access to either road,
trucks that use them haul a heavy load.
You've heard the old saying, now hear
it again, "between a rock and a hard place"
that's where you'll begin. Keep looking,
you'll find it, and then, please sign in.
Let us know where you're from
so we'll know how far you've come.
Stamp our book with your stamp, date and sign
Be sure to stamp your log book with mine,
and put Manhattan KS, that would be keen
then when you look back you'll know where you've been.
(If you're arriving from the North, go 2 miles south of the river viaduct to find the large upright stone)
PLEASE STEP AS FAR OVER THE DIP, BETWEEN THE PARKING AREA AND STONE, AS POSSIBLE. GRASS IS GROWING IN IT BUT IT'S MUD UNDERNEATH!
NOTE: container is off the ground to hopefully prevent animal and moisture damage
Happy Letterboxing!
