Fly Away Home Riverbox is one of ten in Dublin Arts Council's "Riverbox" series. Dublin Arts Council commissioned innovative and environmentally sensitive artists to create Riverboxes, public artworks that contain a unique, artist-made stamp, journal and information for Dublin residents and visitors to discover in parks located along the banks of the Scioto River. The selected artists created their Riverbox in response to artistic, environmental and historical information provided about these six river access sites in the City of Dublin.
Fly Away Home Riverbox by Clare Murray Adams is located at Dublin Spring Park in Historic Dublin at South Riverview and Spring Hill. Park in available public parking lots or along the street in the Historic district and walk to the park. Be sure to explore the shops and restaurants along High Street before or after exploring Dublin Spring Park.
Once you discover the Fly Away Home Riverbox, tell us about your experience by sending us a Riverboxes postcard or by logging onto www.dublinarts.org/ and writing in our Riverboxes guest book.
