Directions:
From I-395 take exit 79 and turn onto Route 163 North. After about 2.4 miles turn left onto Chesterfield Road. Go straight at the stop sign. Just after you cross through that intersection you will see Montville Conservation Center on your right. It is marked with a brown sign. Park in the small parking area.
Clues:
In the back of the parking area there used to be a directory board. Stand at the directory board and take the path to the right. GO past the two benches on the right and down the hill. You will come to a small stream (there are even some brook trout in this stream) with a metal bridge that crosses the stream. Just before the bridge look to your left. There is a group of trees that is just begging for a letterbox. Go around the tree and look inside the largest of the bunch for the happy little Halloween treat.
