follow stephen Decatur highway to the parking lot on the right just before the verrazano bridge to assategue island.walk on the pedestrian walkway until you reach the two bridges.walk on the grassy place between the two bridges towards the water.look toward the car bridge and in a little nook almost under the bridge you will find beach fun.you dont need to go under the bridge.
