This is the saga of three high school Seniors from 3 different towns who last summer invited me to go to NY with them and their moms. What the girls really had in mind was to head down to the Big Apple to do a little quick shopping. We headed to SoHo to check out the designer boutiques. There, before us, hung the most expensive articles of clothing I had ever seen. Hats for $800, shoes starting at $400 and handbags costing upto $1900. Determined to find something amazing, we headed over to Prada. The leather pumps were only $900 while the hobo bags tagged out at a mere $2200. The girls couldn't fathom heading home without one of these fine acquitions, so we ventured out to the streets to look for some bargins: designer knockoffs. They scoured vendors all over the east side and finally made a score, a couple of Prada's: two handbags for $65 and $80 and a pair of very high heels for $100. The girls were poor but happy. Fashion had won the day and all was right with the world. Now I know why the Devil wears PRADA, she or he are the only ones who can legally afford it!

Since this happened, another friend approached me with a similar story. Her's had to do with the clothes. She even offered to carve the stamp for this box because it was way cheaper then the dresses! Thanks ARF!

Head over to Rte. 110W to the town where dwarfs, midgets, Leprechauns and Lilliputians can all call home. Stop in at the home of the Tigers and turn in the main entrance. Drive around until you come to the place where shooting and dribbling are accepted behavior. When you arrive look for the above referenced Green Monster and count down 2 more poles on your left. Don't join in any game of rounders cause you'll need all your energy to lift that tall and skinny thing to get your prize. As you head back to your car give a above referenced growl to let PRADA know that everything they make and sell only the Devil can afford to Wear!

This a part of my first Mystery series, now Traditional 7/13/10!!
