Go to the Breakwater located on Eastern Point in Gloucester MA. Park in the parking lot and follow the trail out to the breakwater. As you get to the begining of the breakwater look for the stone marked 1905 (carved in it) Stand on 1905 facing the lighthouse. Directly in front of you about 15ft is a small hand made rock wall. Halfway up the wall on the leftside are two removable stones. Behind these stones is the letterbox. Be sure to put the stones back as you find them because there is a lot of tourist action there and we dont want it taken. AS YOU ARE GOING TO THE LIGHTHOUSE/BREAKWATER THERE ARE MANY SIGNS THAT SAY PRIVATE, DISREGUARD THESE SIGNS AT THE END OF THE ROAD IS THE BREAKWATER AND IT IS PUBLIC PROPERTY AND YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DRIVE/BE THERE.
