These are the original clues written by Rubaduc in 2009 when she planted this as a mystery. I have demystified it by giving the general location:
While searching for some new boxes we happened upon a trail called the Sanford Alternate Trail. Along this trail is a squat, 3 or 4 ft. wide, flat topped boulder. It is trail side and perfect for sitting on. Look behind.
This was the only stamp I had on me today and it's not trail appropriate, I apologize. A very few boxers might recognize the image as a had been mile marker box which went missing but suddenly appeared mysteriously on my doorstep. Since I'm no longer in the mile marker business, I've left it for you to find on your way back to your car? Same box, same stamp, same log book.
