At the south end of Capstan Ave is a graveyard, Second Packer Burial Ground. Enter through the main gate. Across the graveyard, you will find a tree with 3 trunks. Walk to the tree, turn right, and walk about 5 steps. In the stone wall, you will seek your prize hidden in a crack at the bottom.
