Drive-by near Deer Crest
DIRECTIONS: From I-80, take exit 146 – Hwy 40 and head south. Get off on exit 8 – Mayflower. There is a big sign that will direct you to the right, for Deer Crest. Follow this road to the right. It curves left, and before is curves right (at about 0.3 miles) there is an aspen cluster on the left, with a spot to pull out. Park here.
CLUES: There is a faint 2-track road to the left of the aspen, with old reflector posts on each side of these tracks. Walk on the tracks for 10 steps to a large rock on the right. There is also a smaller rock near it. The Mayflower is docked at the smaller one under a flat rock standing next to it, under debris.
BE SURE TO ZIP ALL BAGS CLOSED. Please be discreet and rehide well with debris and the standing rock.
