Another "Trail of Fears" letterbox along the Cannon Valley Trail.
Hydrophobia is another word for rabies, Persons who get infected
with rabies usually by being bitten by a rabib animal suffer many
severe pains and often death if untreated. One symptom is that when
attempting to eat or drink they undergo extremely painful throat
spasms.

Another definition of hydrophobia is the abnormal fear of water.
This along with many other similar hangups can be successfully
handled by undergoing the encounter therapy treatments along this
trail.

If you come by water, beware of "sweepers" on that side of the river. By
land, go to old the railroad marker M77 (at about mile 7/2) on the
Cannon Valley Trail. Then go east on the trail for 77 paces. To the
left is a large tree fallen into the Cannon. Look for a water
bottle in the base of the tree. Do not get wet!

Until Nov. 1 there is a fee for bicyclists and in the winter for skiers. Otherwise, the trail is free.
