We all have made our New years resolutions! i'm sure there many more to be made as time goes by.
This is an relative easy path for Kids!
To get to Norton Park in Plainville, Exit 32 off I84, go north on route 10. Follow it to about 2 miles till you come to a light for Route 177 which is Town line rd. Make a left here and at the 4 way intersection hang a right a South Washington Rd. Pass a farm on the left and right after that there will be the entrance for the Park on left. follow all the way till almost end. Park near the brown shack bathroom on left. from the bathroom go diagnal to the right corner of the picnic area. From there you should see the path leading into the woods. This trail is not marked so you will have to use your hiker instincts to follow the path. Take the path into the woods heading towards a little brook. You will see that the trail has a lollipop trail that still winds up on the same path. Take the Lollipop towards the brook and in front of you is a small fallen tree leaning on another. look up its crack to reveal Disney! After that follow the main trail till you get to a 4 way path. Go left and here's where your insticts come in, follow this path till you come to a small wood clearing. Bear left and follow till you get to a Y intersection. Bear right at the Y, just after that you will see on left an Old scary 3 sister tree. look in the middle to loose weight! Follow this path and it will lead you out to the other side of the picnic area. Just before you exit out of the woods, there in your path is a slant long stump with a hollow hole in the stump. Look in there to reveal Money ! Happy New Years!!
