The 100 Year Old House Letterbox:
Planted by Church Mice
Begin your journey in Hollywood where Sandy and 41 meet to watch old films. Travel with Sandy up in numbers to join with Hancock. Walk with Hancock three blocks, notice the Tropical Fish and a waterfall along the way then turn to your left until you meet up with Sandy again. Veer right to cross over the white lines. Pass by Pal’s Shanty, give a wave to the old timers, then cross at the signal. Turn Right on 47th, Left again to rejoin with Tillamook. Stay with Tillamook for three blocks, this time noticing the huge old trees lining the street. When you arrive, be sure to cross to the opposite side of the 50 block. Turn Right and follow 50 until you meet with Broadway. At the corner, cross like the cat to the house with pink trim in the forest. Be sure to pet Callee as she hangs out in the street looking for mice and extra attention. Arrive at the front steps to find the pink mailbox under the Japanese Maple near the sidewalk.
This 100 year old house was built in 1909. It is owned by Nana and Papa who have lived there for 35 years. You may also see Nana working in the yard or Papa working on a project. Be sure to say hi when you find our box.
