Located at 13280 Chapman Ave, this church is known around the world because of The Hour Of Power, the service by Reverand Robert Schuller that has been televised for forty years. The main building was designed by architect Philip Johnson and was constructed using over 10,000 rectangular panes of glass.
Many sculptures can be found throughout the church grounds. The story considered by many scholars to be apocryphal from John 8:2-11 is depicted in one of these. Find it and look for the stone still left unturned. Directly below it, reach under the base for the magnetized box. Hint: palm facing in, not out.
Be sure to replace the contents exactly the same, with the pin in the logbook aligned with the shallow part of the stamp, so that the lid closes properly. |
