Grace Richardson Conservation Area
(starting from Exit 44 on the Merritt Pkwy., take Congress St. to Morehouse Hwy., parking area is immediately on the left on Morehouse Hwy.)

Start down the trail.

Take 1st left onto the Yellow trail. (downhill)

Go through a stone wall.

Go over the stream.

Hike up the hill.

At the top of the hill several trails come together.

Stay on the Yellow trail.

Go through another stone wall.

Follow path through the valley of fallen trees.

Go up the hill and through the stone wall next to a big stone outcrop.

Where the Yellow & Orange trails meet, bear right to switch to the Orange trail.

About 20 yards up the path, take a right off of it and head for the break in the stone wall.

Once at the break, look where the wall should be.

You will see a large, rocky cairn.

Scramble up to it. (watch out for brambles!)

Continue along the wall for about 20 yards.

Look for the letterbox concealed inside the 4-trunked behemoth... the 5th trunk has fallen nearby.

Good Luck!
