To the west side of the Mystic Fire Department on Route 1/Ocean View Ave is a cemetary. Enter the cemetary through the main gate and walk due north toward the rock wall. Keep an eye out for a tombstone with a civil war soldier on it. When you see the tombstone, walk to it. Then head due north about 20 paces. In the wall, near the top, you will find your prize.
