This letterbox was one of the first three planted in the state of Illinios
AND DUE TO SIDEWALK WORK HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
THIS LETTERBOX IS UNAVAILABLE AS OF 3/30/05
This is a very easy hunt but my kids loved it.
Please keep this cache very PG-rated as it was placed by permission on private property. :o)
Be sure to pick up a post card and drop us a note!
To avoid raccoons, no candy please.

We have a treasure map style clue page that we are, as of yet, unable to load unto the new site. Until then follow these clues:
To Find this letterbox, locate the corner of Formosa Road & South Troy Road in Jarvis Township IL .
(Visible from 55/70 Rte 40 interchange)
This is called "Formosa Junction."
Find the sidewalk on the north side of the church building.
Stand in the skinny sidewalk "square"; walk the sidewalk heading east - counting 9-1/2 sidewalk rectangles (not including the cracks).
Face the wall and decode the hint given below!
