Flower time is amazing in Mid-April to May but it is open to the public any time of year.
Take Rt138 West from Rt 1. Travel about 3 miles on 138W. Take left on Rt 108 south at the first light. Go about a quarter mile and turn left into 2391 Kingston Rd. There is a small sign for Kinney Azalea Garden. Park in the back.
Go down the main path towards the Moonstone arch. Take a right on the path just before you get to the arch.
Pass Spruce Square on your right.
Stop when you get to the first entrance to Pixie path.
Go down Pixie path until the big tree at the first turn in the path (the first tree that is almost on the path). Take 3 steps forward and turn to the left. There's a hole in the stone wall. Inside the hole is Flower time!
