When you head into the town of Arco (we were coming from the north) you will want to find the Hillcrest Cemetery, it will be on the way towards INL on the left. There is a sign from 20/26. You will want to find Dale Daniel Stuart. Once you do, face him and take 5 steps past. On the right, stuffed inside a cubby area you will find your very own Easter Egg.
