An Evil Sorcerer name Mukesh has decided that the world would be a happier place without the sound of children singing. To seal this fate he has stolen important key items and characters out of the Magical Children’s Songbook. In doing so he has made it impossible for these songs to ever be sung again and made it impossible for childhood to exist, as we know it in future generations. The only thing we can depend on now is you our Hero. You must remember these songs from memory of your childhood days, and find the characters before it is too late! Without these songs children may never experience happy childhoods again and the world will become riddled with evil!

When last we left you in this little sordid story you had rescued Puff The Magic Dragon, The Little Teapot, The Leader of the Marching Ants and Little Bunny Foo Foo. But that is not all the characters and items that Mukesh kidnapped! This time the stage and theme is a little different thought. There is still however a method to Mukesh’s madness. His last escapade was at a Museum; this one however takes place at the heart of where all children play! A playground! One located very close to a garden in the Washington Park area of Portland. Mukesh still on his evil mission continued is demented singing of a children’s song while committing this heinous crime! As he secured each character and item in it’s place you could hear his devious voice echoing “Take it over take it under take it up and down, Take it in take it out take it upside down, Make a smile flip it over and you got a frown, Flip it over again and spread it around!” What on earth could it mean? Up and down? Flip it over and under? You might keep reminding yourself that it’s all about flipping things as you follow the clues. (You might even keep signing it if you really feel like it.)

Nobody Loves Me Everybody Hates Me Letterbox:

From the playground locat the start of the nature trail and follow it until you reach triangular shaped wooden platform with a bench under it to your right. Standing in the corner and facing the trail go to the right hand point and step up to look over the platform. All a little worm wants to do is crawl in the dirt and hide from children that will find him and want to play with him. But Mukesh would not let that happen. No way, he trapped that cute little worm in a container and stuffed it under the platform. If you look right there on the corner you should find the container, let the worm out and foil Mukesh’s evil scheme while there is still time!

How Much Is That Doggy In The Window Letterbox:

Moving back to the trail Mukesh kept going in the direction that he was headed until he came to a place where a lonely bench that is really just a half of log appeared off to his left. Walking up the little incline he was going to leash the doggy to the bench figuring nobody would find him there. But our loyal little doggy tried to get away. He ran into a little cave of trees. But Mukesh was right behind him and when he stopped to survey his surroundings just at the base of a tree just eight steps from the edge of that bench into that little hole in the trees Mukesh pinned him over two rocks. I bet you can still hear him whimpering and crying. You better hurry before the little doggy dies of starvation!

Rubber Ducky Letterbox: (This box has been confirmed missing as of 10/01/2004)

Just as before Mukesh doubled back the way he came down the main trail. At the fork he took a left and followed the path until he saw a duck in flight. Getting a little nervous that the duck was looking for her baby and knowing he held the rubber ducky captive he decided to hide him somewhere fast! From the “Mama” duck take forty-six steps backwards. Do you see a lone little rock that is out of place in the rock wall? You might pull it out; our evil villain trapped the rubber ducky there!

Take Me Out To The Ball Game Letterbox:

Mukesh, not wanting to seem conspicuous walked right over the “Mama” duck and headed in the direction her bill was pointing. Almost immediately he came along a side entrance to the Elephant House that was guarded by a Bear (Imagine that a Bear? Why do Bear’s always show up in pandora’s clues?) Mukesh entered, walking over some animals and went straight, passing a huge elephant that was to his left and walked out an exit directly before him. As he walked out he noticed yet another Bear that guarded that entrance too. To his left was a water fountain and to his right a grassy little island that served as the Bear’s backyard. He glanced back under his shoulder noticing all the animals that Bear was protecting and decided he was not going to do his evil in the Elephant House. (Imagine that our Evil Villain is afraid of Bears) He walked along the island and when he got to the end of it found another water fountain that faced a type a field. One kids might play ball in. Off to his right he spied a little dirt trail. Heading down the trail he walked and walked stepping under not one but two logs that had fallen and crossed the trail always staying to the left. From the second log he took the same number of steps as the number of animals that the second Bear he saw had around him. What you didn’t count them? You might want to head right on back there and start under! Anyhow, Mukesh took that number of steps forward and then took that many steps down a trail that was on his right. There he found a large tree and he buried the Cracker Jack Boy and his dog right there at the base of it! If you hurry you can probably save them both at the same time!

You found them? All four of them? You set them free? Wow that is great! The fate of singing children all over the world has been resto--- what is that? You ask. Mukesh had more stolen characters and items with him? Oh no! Now what??
