Buster’s Box

As this type of creature, sometimes I just want to be left alone,
But be mindful of this-tapping on the glass, I do not condone.
Begin where you would find a Long-view,
If you think it's at a dead end, well, it's true.
To find me is not hard,
Just place your feet at the top of the yard.
Where cars drive in and out,
Don’t worry-nothing will impede your route.
Walk along the road
It’s common wealth has not been sold.
Zig left after about 20 feet,
Another walkway you soon will meet.
Keep on your way until the walkway ends,
Turning left is where your pathway bends.
Walk straight, around a giant blue pond,
Zag right, around the court of which I am very fond.
Past all the bushes, make a four-lettered turn,
The houses on the right are of no concern.
You’re getting close, aren’t you excited?
But whatever you do, do not become shortsided!
Swerve left at the giant fenced in hole,
Then you will continue on your short little stroll.
Past the benches, a fork in the road,
Stay to the right-why?-because it is what you have been told!
On your left it is so loud! Can you hear yourself think?
If you threw a rock at it, it would go clink-clink!
Face this monster, I’m hiding on the right,
I’m not behind this fence-I have been polite!
Up against a large building is my location,
You have found me-hooray!-do you now need a vacation?
I like this spot, especially when it rains,
That hole fills up like a pond… well, until it drains!
